Oct 18, 2011 - Oct 15 2011- My first experience at Ceviche was when my mother and I went there for our birthday dinners. I heard many good things of this place from co-workers and neighbors that I decided to try this place for myself. First of all the staff is amazing, friendly, and over all good with the service. The drinks are great and the food is terrific. I will be coming back again to order the Paella.

Aug 20, 2011 - My first experience at Ceviche was an AMAZING one! A friend and I decided to try something new and the fun flavorful dishes here are to die for. The drinks are delicious, the music is fantastic, and the staff are friendly and charming. As my summer came to an end I was upset that I would be too far to frequent my new favorite restaurant but alas! I discovered the locations in Tampa and Clearwater (very near to USF) and I couldn't be happier. Viva La Ceviche!

Jun 09, 2011 - Ceviche's spanish music (salsa, merengue, bachatta and cha cha) is awesome! They have live music. My husband and I go every weekend and we take friends with us to go dancing. The food is great and we love their sangria! We highly recommend Danny Lozada and Freddie Montes bands. Great music!

May 19, 2011 - I must say, being from Europe and having a sister living in Spain, Ceviche is IMPECCABLE. I have dinner at your Tampa location at least 8 times a month. I have to say I'm very impressed with your staff who are all very charming (especially Ahmed, who has been and keeps on being a pleasure to be served by). The sangrias are made to perfection! Nov 14, 2010 - WOW! I went to Ceviche for my birthday since a friend recommended it...I was a little hesitant to go here because I am extremely picky with my food...I have dined all over the country and I was amazed at everything on the menu! Every single thing we ordered on the menu was to die for! I was so surprised because when I try new restaurants I usually only like one or two things on the menu...this place has something for EVERYONE...I give this place a 10!!!! I'm definitely going back atleast once a month!

Oct 23, 2010 - On Friday, October 22nd, I held my 30th birthday party in the Flamenco Room. It was amazing! The food, music, and dancing was wonderful! Aug 17, 2010 - The best bar service in town! Favorite desert - Almendro! This Saturday (8-14-10) at 1:00 am, Roberto Ivan and I were officially engaged. Surrounded by a close circle of friends, my daughter's presence (via cell phone) and a crowd of cheerful strangers, one of Ceviche's trademark. Roberto took a knee to profess his love for me and propose marriage. To the tune of flamenco dancers and flamenco guitarist Omar Miguel, Roberto and I became the first couple in downtown Orlando's Ceviche Tapas Restaurant's history to stage a marriage proposal there. Hint, hint guys!!! :-) Thanks to Julia, the hostess, to the bartenders and especially the flamenco performers, for making our engagement a unique and most romantic moment to remember!

Jul 17, 2010 - I had a wonderful lunch experience at the Bar at Ceviche in Clearwater. The chicken salad was actually served tableside as Tara mixed in all of the flavorful ingredients and with her Albarino by the glass suggestion, a Lightening Lunch which I anticipated turned in to a 2 hour dining experiencee. Jun 28, 2010 - Out with my boyfriend and had driven by a sign saying Ceviche, my coworkers love the one in Tampa so I said we should try it. I really loved the sangria. I let Hector (our waiter) choose my food because I don't like seafood and he chose a steak and a chicken dish. The steak was probably the best I had ever eaten and I let him know, he then informed me that they get their beef from Iowa and Nebraska, without knowing he was talking to two Iowans! We will be back often, only open a week and the Clearwater location has two new loyal customers!

Jun 12, 2010 - EXCELLENT I went to ceviches on may 30/10 it was awsome. I tried the paella it was the best paella ever and the sangria was delicious and I end my fabolous dinner with a dessert. The service, food, atmosphere is perfect.

May 09, 2010 - For my birthday in March, my wife and I vacationed for a week in Clearwater. On my special night we dined at the Historic Saint Petersburg Ceviche. I couldn't have wished for a finer evening of food and music. The fact that we were located in what used to be a morgue was FASCINATING! After dinner we walked down to the basement bar expecting to hear some live Flamenco music and to our surprise, we heard instead guitar skills of Gypsy Joe. He played many of our favorite Beatles songs and so much more. As if that were not enough of a birthday treat, immediately after his performance, the Flamenco band began playing and the energy level rose as couples started dancing. The music and food at Ceviche, Saint Petersburg is the BEST that I've experienced in all of Florida! I'll be sure to come back if I live to see 70!
